Working Student – Marketing Operations (Revenue & CRM Focus)

Your mission

Your mission is to build and continuously improve the operational backbone of our go-to-market engine. You will take ownership of making our events measurable and performance-driven, ensure full CRM transparency, and execute the systems that turn marketing activities into structured pipeline. You will transform trade shows and industry events from resource-heavy activities into scalable growth drivers by preparing them strategically, structuring target accounts, and ensuring clean data capture and attribution. At the same time, you will strengthen our digital foundation by executing our SEO roadmap and continuously improving our HubSpot infrastructure.

In short: you will help turn growth from ad-hoc execution into a structured, scalable system.

About the role

We are looking for a high-performing working student (20 hours per week) to take an active role in building and running our Marketing and Revenue Operations. This is not a passive support position. You will own critical operational processes that directly impact pipeline generation and sales performance. A key part of your role will be taking ownership of the operational side of our industry events and trade shows. You will prepare target account lists, structure attendee research, set up CRM tracking, define event KPIs together with the GTM Lead, and ensure proper lead documentation and attribution after each event. You will play a central role in making events measurable, scalable, and performance-driven.

In addition, you will execute and continuously improve our HubSpot setup. This includes maintaining data quality, building dashboards and reports, implementing workflows, and ensuring full transparency across the funnel. You will work closely with Sales to ensure clean lead handovers and structured pipeline tracking. You will also execute SEO initiatives based on a defined roadmap. This includes implementing on-page improvements, optimizing landing pages, structuring content, and maintaining our SEO foundation in collaboration with external experts.

This role is execution-focused but strategically exposed. You will work directly with our GTM Lead and gain hands-on experience in scaling a B2B AgTech revenue engine.

Your profile

You are curious by default and rarely satisfied with surface level answers. When something does not work, your first reaction is not frustration but figuring out why. You enjoy understanding systems, improving processes, and bringing clarity into situations that feel messy. Numbers do not scare you. People do not scare you either. You are comfortable thinking analytically while still being able to communicate clearly and work with different personalities. You can zoom into details without losing sight of the bigger picture. You learn fast. New tools, new markets, new topics. You dive in, explore, test, and get comfortable quickly. You do not need to know everything on day one, but you should be able to make yourself dangerous within a short time.

You ask good questions. You think clearly. You take ownership of your work and care about doing things properly. Reliability and precision matter to you, even when nobody is watching. You are currently enrolled at a university and are looking for more than just a typical student job. You want real responsibility, real exposure to how a company scales, and the chance to grow into something bigger over time.

Important: This role is based in Berlin (HQ) or Munich (GTM lead location). We support flexible and remote work, but this is not a fully remote position. Regular on-site collaboration is expected, particularly in preparation for trade shows and key operational activities. Please be aware of that.
