Your mission
hexafarms is a Berlin-based AgTech startup with strong early traction and a growing customer base across Europe. Artificial Intelligence is rapidly transforming how industries operate and agriculture is no exception. At hexafarms, we are building the operating system for commercial greenhouse production. We combine AI-powered software with our own hardware infrastructure to help growers understand and optimize their production in real time. Our goal is ambitious but clear: To become the operating system for growing.
Please note: The HQ is in Berlin. There is no office (yet) in BeNeLux. You will mostly work remotely. Once a month, you will come to Berlin for a couple of days.
About the role
Your mission
As an Account Executive at hexafarms, you will own the full commercial lifecycle of your customers: from first conversation to long-term expansion and retention. Our business follows a land-and-expand model: initial deals typically start as trials (ACV ~ 15k) with massive potential to expand across additional sites, production areas and modules. Your goal is not only to close new customers, but to build long-term relationships with growers and grow those accounts over time. Your success will ultimately be measured by ARR closed, expansion within accounts, and the long-term success of your customer portfolio.
What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of greenhouse operators
- Run discovery calls, product demos, and commercial negotiations
- Close new customers and expand accounts over time
- Maintain strong customer relationships and support renewals and retention
- Work closely with product and engineering to bring feedback from growers into product development
- Represent hexafarms at industry events, conferences and customer visits
- Help build a repeatable commercial engine as we scale internationally
