Your mission
At hexafarms, we imagine a future where global agriculture produces significantly more food using fewer resources. Growers utilizing hexafarms achieve a 30% increase in yield using the same resources, with reduced complexities. We see this as the dawn of the Fourth Agricultural Revolution, and we want to lead it globally. We’re a rapidly growing startup with an ambition to build the operating system for commercial plant and food production.

As the Sales / GTM Lead at hexafarms, your mission is clear: maximizing our ARR. You’ll be a core driver of our next growth stage (towards Series A and beyond), working directly with the CEO and leadership team to build, refine, and scale our sales motion.
About the role
  • Structuring our GTM strategy and executing it
  • Coaching our AEs
  • Hiring a growing, top-class team
  • You’ll also own your deals (strategic, higher ACVs)
  • This role requires travelling to our potential customers’ facilities ~20% of the time.
  • Launching new geographies
  • You’ll report directly to the CEO & Cofounder.

Your profile
  • Proven experience leading B2B sales teams in high-growth companies. Ideally SaaS.
  • Fluent in English. German, Dutch or Spanish are a nice-to-have.
  • Have scaled sales organizations
  • Have automated GTM processes
  • You can own stuff.
  • You are reliable.
  • You know about AI or are determined to learn how to leverage it.
  • Nice to have: Experience revolutionising “traditional” industries e.g. agriculture, health (selling to hospitals), construction
